Christine is a registered dietitian based in Ontario, Canada. She has over a decade of experience in clinical nutrition education and has been a writer for various publications. Christine also has experience in counselling and is an expert at plant-based nutrition.

Our Editorial Process
All content is created by Registered Dietitians who have degrees in Nutrition, have completed a supervised practice through an accredited internship program, passed a nutritional registration exam and are Registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario.
As dietitians, we also completed continuing education yearly to keep abreast of current topics and maintain our credentials.
